Excellent food in this old Roma family restaurant. The veal is tender and tasty, the squid salad is fresh and juicy, the spaghetti is just perfect ! Plus the friendly service,It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Roma.

truly authentic Roman dining experience in an upscale yet comfortable atmosphere. The menu features an outstanding selection of homemade antipasti, fresh pastas, and beautifully prepared meat dishes — all showcasing the quality and tradition of Italian cuisine. The wine list offers an excellent range of moderately priced bottles that pair perfectly with the food. Everything we tried was exceptional, with the only slight disappointment being the lamb chops. Overall, a wonderful meal and excellent value for the quality offered. Highly recommended for those seeking genuine Roman flavors in a refined setting.

Gorgeous restaurant in the heart of Rome. So close to our hotel. Amazing food, great staff and such a warm.and inviting place. Their Saltimbocca alla Romana was to die for. Although a dish from the Northern regions their Vitello Tonnato has a very special place in my heart. Their Cacio e Pepe WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. The authenticity was unreal. Even our daughter's pasta con burro was so simple yet stunning. Perfectly vooked pasta and generously coated with Italian butter!! Mama mia!! A definite must visit to this spot. Wish they were more liberal on their olive oil and balsamic vinegar drizzles on our plates for our bread. All in all MAGNIFICO! BRAVO PEPPONE!!

Back in March I stayed in an AirBnB apartment right next to Peppo and stopped in for a quick pizza and it was fantastic! I am now back in Rome with my husband this week and when we were deciding where to go to dinner tonight, we decided to go to Peppo because I knew it was good last time! It was quite busy but we were given a table relatively quickly without a reservation. The suppli and the “tasty” pizza were great again! Our server Alessio was great and attentive.

The best food in Roma! The owners cousin is the chef and he is an amazing chef! Best carbonara and the green pepper steak filet I’ve ever tasted. The staff and owner are wonderful and very genuinely kind people! Our family cannot wait to come back here! 11/10!!! P.S. best tiramisu ever!!!

We asked our hotel to recommend good local restaurants for dinner. In this area of Rome (Via Veneto) there are many. But this one is Really classy! A lovely old-school restaurant. Courtesy to the fore. Ingredients, cooking, service and presentation impeccable - excellent. The fillet steak we had was absolutely stunning. Just the best. Good value for money too considering this quality! Go and find out!
